Competency Assessment
To achieve our corporate vision, we conduct an annual evaluation (every February) based on shared values, leadership, and job-specific competencies. Each team defines its own competency criteria, and evaluations are carried out accordingly. This approach encourages effective development of the capabilities most relevant to each team's unique characteristics and operational needs.
Performance Evaluation
We define clear performance goals aligned with our organizational mission and business activities, and transparently share growth directions and results. Through differentiated rewards and promotions, we motivate employees to proactively achieve their targets. By applying performance-based compensation, we aim to maximize individual and organizational outcomes.
