- · Document Screening : Applications are reviewed to assess basic qualifications and suitability for the role.
- · Interview Evaluation : We evaluate candidates’ job competencies and alignment with GalaxiaDevice’s core values through interviews for both entry-level and experienced positions.
- · Medical Examination : Conducted by a certified medical institution to ensure physical fitness for employment.
- · Final Selection : Successful candidates are notified upon completion of all recruitment procedures.
